Why the result list stays focused
This is an event screen, not a broad state filter. A symbol must satisfy the phase change and the current-session participation test at the same time. Medium-liquidity gating and ETF exclusion are applied when it runs.
How to use it
Review the chart and catalyst, remove names that fail your risk rules, save the survivors to a watchlist, and publish a frozen result snapshot when the list is worth discussing.
