Basic terms
EZStockScreener is referred to as the Service, we, or us. You are referred to as the customer or user. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
You must not upload, send, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. You must not use worms, viruses, or destructive code on the platform.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Market data and product use
EZStockScreener provides screening, reference, watchlist, backtest, and planning tools. Market data, screen results, fundamental data, and backtest output are provided for research and workflow purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any result, indicator, metric, query, backtest, or export is complete, accurate, profitable, or suitable for your financial situation. You are responsible for your own trading and investing decisions.
Warranties and disclaimers
Except as expressly provided otherwise in an agreement between you and EZStockScreener, information and software on this website are provided as is without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in information, software, linked documents, or third-party services. We are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the Service.
The Service may include inaccuracies or changes. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without liability.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and billing information.
There are no refunds for subscriptions paid for on EZStockScreener. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe billing management page in your account. Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period unless the account is otherwise suspended or terminated.
Accounts and passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for activity under your account. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You agree to notify us immediately about unauthorized account use or any other security issue.

Content ownership and sharing
We do not claim ownership of the screeners, watchlists, notes, uploaded data, images, or other content you create or store in your account. We use account content to provide the Service and as otherwise described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for content you publish or share. If you make content public, you acknowledge that other users may view or use that content. Content that violates these terms may be removed and may result in account termination.
Data protection
We treat user data as important and handle it carefully. We will not intentionally disclose personal data to third parties without authorization except where needed to provide the Service, process payments, comply with law, or protect the Service and users.
Brand and access restrictions
EZStockScreener names, marks, logos, domain names, and brand features may not be used without permission except as allowed by applicable law.
Users may not remove proprietary notices, frame or reformat the Service, scrape or overload infrastructure, resell accounts, modify another site to imply association with EZStockScreener, or reproduce the Service without written permission.
Transfer of information
We may transfer personal information if ownership of EZStockScreener changes, including through acquisition or merger. If this happens, transferred information may become subject to a different privacy policy.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Once an account is deleted, user-created screeners, watchlists, preferences, and personal account information are deleted where required and technically feasible. Shared content may no longer be accessible after deletion.
